A little about me

I am an industrial designer, set to graduate June 2023 with a master’s degree in Product Development from the University of Antwerp, specializing in Design for Interaction and Strategic Design. I am a detail-oriented and multifaceted designer with expertise in user research, prototyping, CAD and mechanical design.

Experience

Product Development, Tridealhouse NV (Internship)

• Co-designed solar-charged thermal battery for cooking in off-grid situations.
• Co-designed resistive heating elements used to charge thermal battery.
• Generated 3D designs and assembly drawings of project using Fusion 360.

Product Development, Helicus BVBA (Internship)

Master’s thesis project: Using cutting-edge drone technology to develop organ transport between hospitals in collaboration with Helicus.

Teaching Assistant, University of Antwerp

• Taught an introductory course in Solidworks 3D modeling to 1st year students.
• Offered design consulting to students working on Solidworks 3D models.
• Assisted in laser-cutting files and was responsible for oversight of workshop.
